The Apartments
The Merlrose Klopeiner Lake and its exclusive apartments with lake access are magnificently situated on the north promenade. Parking with e-charging station is one of the many amenities the Merlrose Apartments have to offer. The Klopeiner Lake is the warmest bathing lake in Europe and provides a multitude of activities like surfing, sailing and diving. Apartments are 60m² with a 30m² balcony. Both penthouses have a 40m² roof terrace - your own garden space is also available. So from here every free minute is pure holiday.
